摘  要:目的在杂种犬股骨骨折实验中,分别应用戊巴比妥钠与异氟烷复合麻醉和戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉两种方法,探讨这两种方法对实验犬生理指标的影响,评价这两种麻醉方法的优缺点。方法实验用杂种犬10只分为A、B两组,每组5个重复,A组应用戊巴比妥钠诱导后,应用0.8%浓度异氟烷维持麻醉;B组应用戊巴比妥钠进行静脉麻醉,麻醉过程中在不同时间点对实验犬的心率(HR)、血压(BP)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)、体温(TPR)进行监测,A组各数据与诱导后5 min的数据,B组各数据与麻醉后5 min的数据相比较,应用SPSS13.0进行分析。结果应用戊巴比妥钠麻醉诱导,0.8%浓度异氟烷麻醉维持在股骨骨折实验中镇痛、镇静效果良好,实验犬生理指标稳定,苏醒迅速,能够满足股骨骨折手术需要。吸入异氟烷后5min,HR、SPO2、TPR差异显著(P<0.05);戊巴比妥钠B组TPR差异显著(P<0.05),在麻醉45~60 min期间,实验犬恢复眼睑反射、肌肉震颤、不能满足手术需要。结论实验证明静吸复合麻醉比静脉麻醉实验犬麻醉效果好,麻醉平稳,苏醒快。Objective To investigate and evaluate the effects of the two anesthetic methods,sodium pentobarbital plus isoflurane anesthesia and sodium pentobarbital intravenous anesthesia,in experiments of femur fracture in dogs.Methods Ten dogs were equally divided into A and B groups.After induction of anesthesia by sodium pentobarbital,group A was boosted with 0.8% isoflurane to maintain anesthesia status.Group B was given intravenous sodium pentobarbital anesthesia.During anesthesia,heart rate,blood pressure,oxygen saturation and body temperature were monitored at different time points.The data were analyzed using the SPSS 13.0.Results Before and after receiving inhalation anesthesia,group A showed significant difference(P〈0.05) in heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SPO2),and body temperature(TPR) after 5min of treatment.Physiological indexes of the dogs were stable and recovery was fast.In the pentobarbital sodium treated group,only the body temperature(TPR) was significantly different(P〈0.05) pre-and post-anesthesia.At 45-60min post anesthesia,the dogs resumed eyelid reflex and muscle tremors,so additional pentobarbital sodium was required.Conclusion The inhalation anesthesia is efficient,acts stably,and makes the recovery fast.
