摘 要:目的 建立超高倍显微镜分析系统在动态、活体观察性传播性疾病的主要病原体─支原体的实验方法,探讨其临床应用价值.方法 应用超高倍显微镜分析系统直接镜检动态观察支原体并与培养法对照.结果 超高倍显微镜分析系统可以清晰的观察支原体,镜检法与培养法结果高度一致.结论 镜检法采取直接取样涂片,无需染色,可快速、准确的观察支原体,做出正确诊断,该方法的建立及使用可为临床试验室病原体检测提供一个全新的检测技术,展示有广阔的应用前景.Objective To establish observing main pathogen of sexually transmitted diseases- myeoplasma experiment method in dynamie and Live body condition by ultra high power microscope analysis system, and discuss it's clinical application value. Methods Using ultra high power microscope analysis system directly microscopic examinationobscrvc myeoplasma in dynanfic condition, and compared with culture method. Results Ultra high power microscope analysis system can dearly observe myeoplnsma, the results of microscopic examination method and culture method are very consistent. Conclusion Microscopic examination method adopt directness sampling smear, not use dyeing, can quickly and correctly observe mycoplasma, do correct diagnosis, this method's establishment and use may provide a brand - new detection technology for the clinical laboratory pathogen examination, demonstrated that has broad application prospect.
