摘　　要：随着我国房地产市场的高速发展,现行房地产开发用地规划管理制度也逐步暴露出诸多弊端。由于房地产开发用地规划管理体制的不完善,导致了一系列城市问题和规划问题,应当重新界定规划职能,明确规划内容,实施新型规划管理,改革机构设置,以促进我国房地产业健康持续地发展。In view of the imperfect land planning and management system of real estate development,the paper offers some improvement approaches for promoting sustainable and healthy development of China's real estate industry:redefining planning functions;clearly fi xing the planning content;carrying out a new planning and management;and reforming organization structuring.
