摘  要:Hormesis现象是近年来再度引起国际上广泛关注的研究领域。本文以桃蚜及其天敌狼蛛为研究对象,研究了低剂量吡虫啉对其靶标害虫生殖力的Hormesis效应及其对天敌控害效能的影响。结果表明,低剂量吡虫啉可诱导桃蚜生殖力的Hormesis效应,表现为低剂量显著促进桃蚜生殖力,高剂量显著抑制桃蚜生殖力。对狼蛛控害力及相对活力研究结果表明,低剂量吡虫啉能显著降低狼蛛对桃蚜的捕食量,并显著抑制狼蛛的相对活力。研究结果为研究低剂量农药诱导害虫再猖獗提供了科学依据。The term hormesis was coined to describe a phenomenon where exposure to high levels of stressors is inhibitory whereas low dose is stimulatory.The effects of low dose imidacloprid and cypermethrin on the fecundity of Myzus persicae(Sulzer) and effect of low dose imidacloprid on the controlling effencicy of Pirata subpiraticus were studied in the laboratory.The results showed that the low-dose imidacloprid induced the stimulatory effect on fecundity of M.persicae,while the high concentrations of imidacloprid inhibited fecundity,which suggested the occurrence of hormesis was observed.And the insect-control power and the relative activity of spider was decreased significantly by the low-dose imidacloprid.Results in this study indicated that the low-dose imidacloprid may induce the resurgence of M.persicae.
