摘  要:采用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)对航天诱变育种第4代板蓝根和地面组板蓝根的元素种类和含量进行测定和对比分析。结果表明两组样品的元素种类基本相同,太空组中Ca和S含量分别提高了1.16倍和3.22倍,而太空组中Fe、Si、Cr、Al、Mn元素比地面组分别减少了74.2%、87.5%、82.4%、95.0%、70.6%。航天诱变育种可以增加板蓝根的多态性,能够从中选育出品质特异的新品种。XRF测定中药材元素具有制样简单、测定快捷、测定元素种类多、元素含量范围广的特点,适于从整体上对中药材的元素进行测定和分析。X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) was applied for the first time in measuring and analyzing the kinds and contents of the elements of the fourth generation radix isatidis with space flight mutagenesis breeding compared with the ground group radix isatidis. The kinds of elements are same basically. The contents of Ca and S in the space group increase to 1. 16 and 3. 22 times respectively, compared with those in the ground group. The contents of elements Fe, Si,Cr, AI and Mn reduce 74. 2%, 87. 5%, 82. 4%, 95. 0% and 70. 6%. The space flight mutagenesis breeding can promote the polymorphism of radix isatidis,and can select new radix isatidis breeds with specificity. XRF method has many advantages, such as easy sampling, quickness, broad measuring kinds of elements and wide range of elements contents, and can be applied to measure and analyze Chinese herbal medicine as a whole.
