摘  要:研究两面针的红外光谱特征及不同丘陵地区两面针的差异,并结合HPLC分析广西不同丘陵地区两面针中生物碱的差异。采集广西不同丘陵地区两面针药材的FTIR图,运用主成分分析法(PCA)研究不同谱图间的差异,结合高效液相色谱法测定氯化两面针碱的含量。两面针样本所处的地理位置、纬度、气候、年降雨量、土壤等外在条件的不同使两面针化学成分含量存在差异。运用红外光谱技术可以快速鉴别出不同丘陵地区两面针主要化学成分的差异,并能够准确把握药材的整体信息。The infrared spectra characteristics and the difference of zanthoxylum nitidum in different hilly counties of Guangxi were investigated, and the difference of zanthoxylum nitidum in the hills of Guangxi in alkaloid was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. FTIR was utilized to investigate the difference of zanthoxylum nitidum in the hills of Guangxi, the principal component analysis (PCA),and HPLC was used to determine the content of nitidine chloride. The difference of chemical contents of zanthoxylum nitidum in the hills is due to the diversity of extrinsic conditional of geography, latitude, climate, annual rainfall, soil. FTIR can be used to identify the differences of chemical components of zanthoxylum nitidum in the hills rapidly, and the spectra of zanthoxylum nitidum can reflect the integer message of Chinese medicinal materials correspondingly.
