摘  要:在用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定茶叶中微量元素的过程中,为了克服基体效应对分析结果准确度的影响,提出了采用两种定量分析方法优势互补的设想。首先叙述了校准曲线法和标准加入法的原理以及方法的主要特点,然后分别用每种方法定量分析同一茶叶样品中5种微量元素,比较分析结果,并用标准加入法所得数据对校准曲线法的校准曲线进行修正。In order to overcome the influence of the matrix effect on the analysis result accuracy, a complementary idea of two quantitative analysis methods was proposed in process of the determination of trace elements in the tea by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. At first, the principles and main features of calibration curve method and standard addition method were described, and then five trace elements in the same tea samples were quantitatively analyzed by two methods. After comparing results of analysis, the calibration curve from calibration curve method was corrected by the data of method of standard addition.
