经济结构、金融危机冲击与经济波动——基于我国省际面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：利用26个省市1996～2008年的有关数据,就经济结构、金融危机冲击对经济波动的影响进行实证研究后发现,单位GDP能耗越高,越是受到金融危机影响,经济增长率越低;市场化程度越高,财政政策和货币政策越是宽松,经济增长速度越快。对我国的启示是:继续严格执行"节能减排"的政策;做好应对危机的各种预案,建立金融危机的预警体系,争取做到未雨绸缪,防患于未然;继续执行宽松的财政政策和货币政策,抵御金融危机对我国经济的冲击。Using data of 26 provinces from 1996 to 2008,this paper analyzes effect of economic structure,financial crisis on economic fluctuation.It finds that the higher the unit GDP energy consumption,the more affected by financial crisis,the lower economic growth;the higher the level of marketing,more lenient the fiscal policy and monetary policy,the faster economic growth.Inspirations are： continue to strictly implement the ＂energy saving＂ policy;prepare to deal with the crisis;establish the financial crisis early warning system in advance;continue loose fiscal and monetary policies to weather the impact of financial crisis on our economy.
