摘　　要：随着RFID技术在图书馆的应用,需要加快图书馆管理形式和管理结构改革,在改革过程中,有些职能将得到加强,有些需要弱化甚至被取消,诸多方面的业务流程也将被重新整合,通过推行新技术,按照新技术的要求,重构图书馆业务流程,充分发挥新技术带来的好处,使各项业务环节和程序得以简化,实现信息共享,更好地满足公众需要,以推进图书馆管理形态和管理结构的改革与创新。Along with the application of the RFID technology in library,it is necessary to reform the library management.Some functions will be strengthened,some functions will be weaken and even be cancelled.By using the new technology,many business processes will be reintegrated.This will make the business process and procedure more simplified.This will promote the reform and innovation of library management.
