摘　　要：分析了影响安钢超宽板坯连铸机结晶器宽面铜板使用寿命的主要因素,介绍了提高宽面铜板使用寿命所采取的技术措施与效果,结晶器的一次通钢量由3～5万吨提高到7万吨以上。The major influencing factors on the life of wide face copper plate of jumbo wide slab caster mold were discussed and correspondingly a series of measures were used to prolong the life of wide face copper plate.The total amount of slab withdrawing in one mold working cycle were increased from 30000~50000 tons to 70000 tons.
