改良MazeⅢ术治疗心房纤颤(附30例报告)

摘　　要：目的观察改良MazeⅢ术治疗心房纤颤的疗效。方法 60例风湿性心脏瓣膜病伴心房纤颤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组患者在行瓣膜置换(成形)术治疗心脏瓣膜病的同期以行改良MazeⅢ手术治疗心房纤颤;对照组仅施行瓣膜置换(成形)手术。结果观察组全组病例无死亡,未发生任何与改良M azeⅢ手术相关的并发症。观察组术后当日、1周、1个月、3个月的房颤转复率分别为93.3%、86.6%、83.3%、96.6%,明显高于对照组的23.3%、6.66%、6.66%、6.66%,P均<0.05。观察组术后6个月窦性心律者20例,转复率为90.9%(20/22);术后12个月窦性心律者8例,转复率为100.0%(8/8)。结论 改良MazeⅢ手术治疗心房纤疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the effect of modified MazeⅢ procedure in atrial fibrillation.Methods 60 rheumatic valvular heart disease combine with atrial fibrillation cases were divided into observe group and control group randomly.Patients in observe undergone valve replacement operations（valvuloplasty）,while treatment atrial fibrillation by bipolar radiofrequency ablation system.Patients in control group only undergone valve replacement operations（valvuloplasty）.Results here are no death and any other complications related to bipolar radiofrequency ablation system modified Maze Ⅲoperation in observe group.Recovery rate of artial fibrillation in the observe group by the day of operation and 1 week,1 month,3 month after operation are 93.3%,86.6%,83.3%,96.6%respectively,which were significantly higher than that of control group（23.3%,6.66%,6.66%,6.66%）.Conclusion The effect of modified MazeⅢ procedure in atrial fibrillation is satisfactory.
