摘  要:通过回顾国外文献中一种动态校准力传感器的方法——大电容器放电熔断金属丝卸载荷,介绍了力传感器动态检测的基本思想和特殊性,讨论了起传递动态力作用的承载元件的设计问题.在某些负阶跃动态力源中,一些关键部件(如承载件)的物理性能会直接导致设计的成败.应该选用弹性模量与密度之比高的材料作为激励力源与被校准传感器之间的媒介元件.一个成功的动态力激励源不但能成功地发生动态力,同时也必须成功地将动态力传递到被校力传感器上.A dynamic calibration method of force transducer was reviewed which was introduced by foreign literatures that a metal thread was melt down to produce an unloading by discharging a large capacitor. The basic ideas and particularity on dynamic calibration of force transducer were described. The design of load-bearing medium was discussed with which the transient force was transferred. The physical properties of some key parts such as the load bearing element could result in the failure of design. Such material which has a high ratio of elastic modulus to density should be chosen for the media part between the exciting force source and the transducer to be calibrated. Not only does an eligible source produce dynamic-force successfully, but also it transfers dynamic-force efficiently.
