探讨血铅检测实验条件的规范化

摘　　要：目的优化规范血铅检测体系。方法采用原子吸收光谱法,按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会及卫生部血铅检测技术规范的要求,建立规范化的血铅检测实验条件,进行了不精密度、不准确度、方法检测线、定量检测线、可报告范围和交叉污染率等六个方面的性能评价。结果实验结果满足性能评价的各项参数指标。结论建立的实验条件稳定、可重复,具有临床推广价值。Objective Optimization of standard system experiment for blood lead test.Methods Tungsren-ship atomic absorption spec-trophotometry（GFAAS）.According to the standard and regulation for blood lead test from NCCLS and Bureau of Health,evaluate following per-formance： inprecision,inaccuracy,method checking line,quantitative checking line,reportable range,cross contamination etc.Results Experi-ment result fulfill all demand for performance evaluation.Conclusion Successfully establish experiment protocol with stable,repeatable and sig-nificant clinical development value.
