科技进步对宜宾市翠屏区工业的影响力

摘　　要：运用柯布道格拉斯生产函数对1998~2008年宜宾市翠屏区工业经济增长因素进行实证分析,结果显示：宜宾市翠屏区平均科技贡献率为76.25%,资本投入对产出增长的贡献率为35.96%。可见,科技进步是翠屏区近十年来经济增长的主要推动力,其经济正由劳动密集型向资本密集型和技术密集型转型。但科技进步率高并不意味着翠屏区工业的科技水平就一定高,这里面还存在技术水平不均衡、劳动负增长、资本投入不够等问题。所以,翠屏区应该从人才激励、科技机制等方面进一步促进其科技水平的提高。Factors that influence the development of Cuiping district in Yibin using model of Cobb-Douglas Production Function with data from 1998 to 2008 reveal that the contributing rate of science and technology is about 76.25% and of capital is about 35.96%.Therefore,the development of science and technology is the main force to push the economy development during the past ten years.The style of economy development of Cuiping district is transforming from labor-concentrated to capital-concentrated or science and technology-concentration.But the data cannot mean the high level of Cuiping district＇s science and technology in the industry.The higher data is also because of unbalance of science and technology level among industry corporations,negative growth of labor and being short of capital.So Cuiping district should develop science and technology through motivation of innovators,innovation system and more.
