摘　　要：针对目前城轨车辆底架设备悬挂的现状,分析焊接悬挂座在应用中存在的问题,结合焊接悬挂座的结构,设计改进出一种新的不锈钢铸造悬挂座,并从多个角度对比焊接与铸造方案,通过对比验证新方案的合理性。This paper analyses the problems of welding suspension brackets,according to the current situation of underframe equipment suspension forurban rail cars.A newkind of stainless steel casting suspension bracket is designed,in combination with the structure of welding suspension bracket the rationality of the newscheme is validated.
