摘  要:利用紫外可见分光光度计研究了谷胱甘肽(GSH)与4种功能单体(丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、α-甲基丙烯酸和4-乙烯基吡啶)的相互作用,并对其作用机理进行了初步分析。结果显示,1∶8的GSH与丙烯酸混合溶液的最大吸收波长和吸光值相对GSH溶液均有较大改变,表明丙烯酸与GSH有较强的相互作用。丙烯酸可能是制备GSH分子印迹物的合适功能单体,其最佳配比是1∶8。GSH与丙烯酸之间的作用可能是氢键和静电引力。To find a suitable functional monomer and the best ratio to prepare glutathione(GSH) molecular imprinting polymer,we prepared mixtures of GSH and four different functional monomers: acrylamine,acrylic acid,α-methacrylic acid and 4-vinyl pyridine,with different ratio.By using ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy the interaction between GSH and functional monomers were studied and the mechanism of interaction was discussed preliminarily.GSH and acrylic acid with molar ratio of 1∶8 displayed stronger interaction because of larger changes in absorption value and maximum absorption wavelength.It suggested that acrylic acid is an appropriate functional monomer for GSH molecular imprinting.The optimal molar ratio of GSH to acrylic acid was 1∶8,and the interaction between GSH and acrylic acid was possible contributed by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic attraction.
