摘 要:通过富集培养硝化细菌,使污泥中硝化细菌数量增加,成为优势菌,再将硝化细菌包埋固定化在海藻酸钙凝胶胶珠中,并用于污水的处理,通过正交实验法确定了适宜的包埋固定化条件。结果表明,通过富集培养,硝化细菌数量从1.1×104个.g-1增加到2.1×108个.g-1,固定化的硝化细菌胶球对人工污水和实验污水的氨氮去除率均为90%。Through enrichment and cultivation,the number of nitrobacteria which became the predominant bacteria increased.Cultivated nitrobacteria which entrapped in calcium alginate gel beads were employed to remove ammonia-nitrogen from sewage,the optimum conditions for immobilization were determined according to the orthogonal experiment.The result showed that the number of nitrobacteria increased from 1.1×104 cell·g-1 to 2.1×108 cell·g-1,the removal rates of ammonia-nitrogen of artificial sewage and domestic sewage treated by immobilized nitrobacteria glue balls were about 90%.
