摘　　要：院系教学档案管理是高校教学档案管理的基础,它是院系教学质量、教学管理水平和教学过程的重要凭证和教学研究的客观依据,加强院系教学档案管理,对高校档案管理、院系教育教学发展、改革以及高校教学评估将起到重要作用。Departments＇ teaching files management is the basis of universities＇ teaching files management,which is the important certificate of departments＇ teaching quality,teaching management level and teaching process and the objective criterion of teaching researches. Enhancing departments＇ teaching files management plays an important role in universities＇ management,departments＇ education development and reform and universities＇ assessment.
