摘　　要：高校学生干部作为联系学校各部门和广大师生的桥梁,处于一个特殊而重要的位置。为了更好地体现其全心全意为学校与学生服务的宗旨,发挥他们在学生群体中的榜样与带头作用,本文力图以科学发展观所要求的政绩观为指导,推动高校学生干部树立正确的业绩观,以培养和造就一批适应新时期的具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质高校学生干部队伍。College student leaders,as a bridge between school departments and teachers and students,are in a special and important position. In order to reflect their commitment to serve the school and student better and play their leading role and set good examples in students groups,this article seeks scientific development concept,the required performance concept as a guide to promote the college student cadres to establish a correct view of the performance in order to develop alarge humber of college students cadres who have innoveative spirit and practical ability.
