摘　　要：针对中小企业资金不足、企业信息化不完善的问题,分析现有计算机辅助工艺过程设计(CAPP)服务在中小企业的应用情况,结合软件即服务(SaaS)架构具备的多用户性、可配置性、高效性,提出基于SaaS的CAPP服务设计。该设计能提供快捷的CAPP相关知识的获取方式以及标准规范的CAPP流程,并能促进各行业间的合作,加快中小企业的信息化过程。Aiming at the problems of lack finances for the medium and small enterprises and imperfection for the enterprise informationization, this paper analyses the application of Computer Aided Process Planning（CAPP） service for the medium and small enterprises, combines with characteristics of multi-user, configurable and high efficiency for Software-as-a-Service（SaaS） architecture, and presents a design of CAPP service based on SaaS. It offers the more convenient way of accessing the CAPP knowledge, standardizes the CAPP flow, promotes cooperation in the enterprises and enterprises process of informationization.
