摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病的护理要点。方法:对2002年1月～2008年12月分娩的共158例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,了解护理对妊娠期糖尿病的影响。结果:在妊娠期、分娩期及产后各阶段加强患者血糖的监测,加强护理,根据病情治疗是减少母婴并发症的重要措施。结论:合理的护理措施对妊娠期糖尿病患者母子健康具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the nursing highlights of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.Method Retrospective survey was made on 158 GDM cases in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2008.Results Blood sugar monitoring,proper nursing and symptomatic treatment in every stage of pregnant can decrease the risk of complication in mother and children.Conclusion Proper nursing is very important for the health of GDM cases and their children.
