摘　　要：目的:总结经皮肾镜超声碎石取石术的手术配合经验及护理要点。方法:回顾分析36例经皮肾镜超声碎石取石术的手术配合和对患者的护理体会,总结经皮肾镜超声碎石取石术各环节的护理要点和注意事项。结果:手术过程顺利,无中转开腹及术中并发症,效果满意,本组36例手术均获成功。结论:经皮肾镜超声碎石取石术是一项新的、有效的治疗肾结石和输尿管上段结石的微创手术方法,具有创伤轻、痛苦小、并发症少、术后恢复快等优点。术前的充分准备和术中的密切配合是保证手术顺利完成的必要条件。Objective To summarize the cooperation with surgeons and methods of nursing in percutaneous nephrolithotomy（PCNL）.Method Cooperating with surgeons and nursing of 36 PCNL cases were reviewed and analyzed,and nursing points and precaution in each link in PCNL were summarized.Results All operations were successful,no intraoperative complications occurred,and satisfactory results were obtained in all the patients.All the 36 cases were treated with PCNL all along and no one turned to traditional operation.Conclusion PCNL is a new and effective mircoinjured operation to treat renal calculi and upper ureteral calculi,which has many advantages such as slight trauma,little pain,less complications,and rapid recovery,etc.Well-arranged preoperative preparation and close cooperation with surgeons are necessary conditions.
