摘　　要：通过对常州地区印染企业生产现状与废水排放的调查,从工程减排、结构减排、管理减排3个方面,探究切实可行的印染废水削减方案与减排措施,积极推进行业企业清洁生产技术的应用。Through surveying on the present situation and wastewater discharge of printing and dyeing enterprises in Changzhou area,this paper has discussed from three aspects,engineering reduction,structure reduction and management reduction.The feasible plan of cutting down on printing and dyeing wastewater and reducing emissions measures have been investigated.Application of cleaner production of technique to enterprises is vigorously promoted.
