摘  要:以含磷酸的试剂为萃取剂,研究了抚顺页岩油经络合剂抽提后抽出油中氮化物的脱除效果。结果表明,增大m(剂)/m(油)、提高反应温度、延长反应时间和增长沉降时间均有利于油品中氮化物的脱除,当m(剂)/m(油)为1.0,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为40 min,沉降时间为2.5 h时,页岩油中的碱氮脱除率可高达97.5%,总氮脱除率可达40%。此方法设备简单,成本消耗低。A systematical method for selective separation of nitrogen compounds from the extracted oil of the Fushun shale oil has been developed.The results show that improving the solvent-oil ratio,raising the temperature,extending the extraction time or the settling time,the removal rate can be increased.Under the condition,the solvent-oil ratio is 1.0,the temperature of reaction is 60 ℃,the extraction time is 40 min and the settling time is 2.5 h,the removal ratio of basic nitrogen compounds can be as high as 97.5%,and the removal ratio of total nitrogen compounds can be as high as 40%.The equipments of the method is simple and the cost is low.
