摘 要:利用非离子表面活性剂司班(Span)系列与吐温(Tween)系列复配制备油包水(W/O)柴油微乳液;探讨了以下3种因素对柴油微乳液稳定性的影响:不同助剂醇、司班(Span)系列与吐温(Tween)系列不同配比、助剂醇(A)与表面活性剂(S)不同配比。并绘制了Span80/Tween80-柴油-正戊醇-水体系的一系列拟三元相图。最终得到形成柴油微乳的最适宜条件为:表面活性剂配比m(Span80)/m(Tween80)为4∶6;助剂为正戊醇;m(A)/m(S)为0.4。并利用亲水亲油平衡值理论(HLB值理论)和界面膜理论对试验结果进行分析。Mix nonionic surfactants of Span80 and Tween80 series were used to prepare water-in-oil diesel microemulsion.Moreover,the effects of alcohol,different proportion of Span80 and Tween80,and different proportion of alcohol and surfactant on the stability of diesel microemulsion were discussed.A series of pseudoternary phase diagram of Span80/Tween80/ diesel/n-amyl alcohol/water system were drawn.The final results show that the optimal conditions are obtained.The best mass ratio of Span80 to Tween80 is 4∶ 6,the best auxiliary is n-amyl alcohol and the best mass ratio of auxiliary to surfactant is 0.4∶ 1.The results were analysed based on HLB and interfacial bark theory.
