摘　　要：为了在铝合金压铸件表面获得结合力良好的镀锌层,采用了先化学镀镍-磷合金,再进行电镀锌的工艺,获得了结合力良好的镀锌层;采用低铬军绿色钝化液,克服了常规五酸钝化稳定性差、维护难的缺点,得到了高质量的军绿色钝化膜。In order to improve the adhesion between zinc plating and aluminum alloy die castings,a technology of electroless plating Ni-P coating being firstly deposited on the substrate and then zinc electrical plating was applied.The army green passivation solution with lower chromium was used to passivate zinc layer.The results show that an army green passivation film with good adhesion was obtained on aluminum die casting.The disadvantages of poor stability and hard maintanace of conventional five acid passivation methods were avoided.
