摘 要:采用SSR标记方法,对来自7个国家的36份杧果品种进行了遗传相似性分析,目的是为杧果育种亲本合理选配、现有国外种质的充分发掘利用提供科学依据。结果表明,15对SSR引物共检测到86个等位基因,平均每对引物检测到5.7333个,引物mMiCIR024的等位基因数最多,有11个,mMiCIR028最少,仅有3个;遗传相似性系数变异为0.2154~0.9108;基于SSR标记,在相似系数为0.663水平上,聚类分析结果将36个杧果品种分为7大类。该研究表明杧果品种的相似性系数与地理起源有密切的关系。The genetic similarity of 36 mango cultivars from seven countries was analyzed using SSR markers. The aim was to provide genetic basis for mango breeding. With 15 SSR primers, a total of 86 alleles were detected among these mango eultivars with 5.733 3 alleles per pair of primers on average. Printer mMiCIR024 produced the most alleles ( 11 ) and mMiCIR028 had the fewest alleles (3). The genetic similarity among mango cuhivars from different countries was ranged from 0.215 4 to 0.910 8. Based on the SSR markers, all the cultivars were divided into seven groups with a threshoht similarity coefficient of 0.66 3. The results indicated that the genetic similarity indexes among the mango cuhivars had a close relationship with the geographical origin.
