摘 要:利用SRAP标记研究了61份菠萝种质的遗传多样性。从99对SRAP引物中筛选出35对引物对61份菠萝种质进行遗传多样性分析,均得到了清晰指纹,且所有品种表现出多态性;供试菠萝品种的多态性比率均较小,在47.32%~68.90%;35对SRAP标记共获得567条带,多态性位点384个,多态条带比率为67.72%;61份菠萝种质其相互之间相似系数为0.802 7~0.9510,表明61份菠萝品种之间遗传关系相对较近;应用UPGMA进行聚类,在大致相似系数0.833 0的水平上,61份材料可分为5种类型。Genetic diversity was analyzed in 61 accessions of pineapple using SRAP markers. 35 pairs of primers were selected from 99 pairs of primers of SRAP. All materials of pineapples obtained clear fingerprints and appeared polymorphism. The polymorphism ratio of pineapples were lower, which was from 47.32% to 68.9%. The 35 pairs of SRAP informative primers generated a total of 567 sites, among which 384 (67.72%) sites were polymorphic. Similarity coefficients ranged from 0.802 7 to 0.951 0 among the 61 accessions of pineapple. The results showed that the genetic basis of pineapple collected was nearer and the 61 materials tested could be divided into 5 categories according to the Dice coefficient 0.833 0 based on UPGMA.
