摘 要:为了解枣树内生真菌的种类和分布情况,采用常规分离方法,从不同品种整个生育期健康枣树的树皮、枣股、枝条、花、叶、果实中分离获得内生真菌1511株,共鉴定出15个真菌属,其优势属为链格孢属(Alternaria)、茎点霉属(Phoma)、毛壳菌属(Chaetomium)和黑孢霉属(Nigrospora)。结果表明,健康枣树组织中内生真菌分布普遍,种类丰富;不同生育期,不同部位内生真菌的种类和数量都有所差异。Regular isolation methods were used to study the species and distribution of the endophytic fungi in Jujube. 1 511 strains of endophytie fungi were isolated from barks, wattles, branches, leaves, flowers and fruits of healthy plants during the whole growth period from various varieties of Jujube. These strains were classified into 15 genera, which showed high diversity of endophytie fungi in Jujube. Ahernaria, Phoma, Chaetomium and Nigrospora were dominant genus. It was found that the amount, species and distribution of endophytic fungi varied during different growth periods as well as different tissues of Jujube.
