摘  要:常规低温碱性发蓝和常温发蓝存在成分变动大、难监控、操作条件严格、劳动强度高等不足,而蒸汽发蓝处理可有效解决这些问题。讨论了蒸汽处理温度、时间和压力与氧化膜色泽、厚度的关系,介绍了蒸汽发蓝处理的设备和工艺、操作注意事项、膜层性能测试方法、缺陷产生原因和防止方法。与传统的低温碱性发蓝相比,蒸汽发蓝处理应用范围广,膜层性能好,操作简单、质量易控制,自动化程度高、无污染,适用于批量生产。The temperature, time and pressure of steam treatment were discussed in relation to the color and thickness of oxidized coating. The equipment, process, attentions in operation, measure method of film performance, causes leading to defects and countermeasures against the defects were introduced. It was pointed out that as compared with traditional bluing treatments in alkaline media at lowered temperature,the steam bluing process could be applied in a broader scope with the advantages of simple operation, easy control of quality, high degree of automation, absence of pollution and good quality of bluing coating, making it feasible to be applied for mass production.
