摘 要:通过对循环流化床锅炉炉内床料粒径分布的多种影响因素的分析,发现排渣方式对床料的粒径分布有重要影响,也是调节粒径分布唯一可控的因素,该结论已在某电站循环流化床锅炉的混流式流化床冷渣器上得到初步验证。为保证循环流化床锅炉对入炉煤变化的适应性,应充分重视底渣冷却设备的选型设计。还从细床料回收特性角度分析和介绍了不同冷渣设备对床料粒径分布的影响,并提出了一些建议。After the analysis on various kinds of impact factors of the bed material size distribution in the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers, it was concluded that the slag discharge form had a very important influence, while it was also the only controllable impact factor to adjust the size distribution in the furnace.This conclusion had been initially verified in the mixed flow fluidized bed bottom ash cooler of some power plants.In order to ensure that the CFB boilers had a better coal applicability, the type selection design of the bottom slag coolers should be taken seriously.Moreover, the influence of different bottom slag coolers on the size distribution was also discussed from the angle of fine-particle recovery characteristics, and some suggestions were put forward.
