摘  要:针对一台300MW汽轮发电机组1、2轴瓦振动异常情况,通过变负荷、润滑油温、油压等试验,并结合对振动现象及振动特征的分析,得出了1、2轴瓦振动异常是由汽流激振和轴系中心发生变化导致的动平衡状况恶化引起的,并采取了相应的处理措施,取得了显著的效果。In view of abnormal vibration of No.1 and No.2 bearing pad of a 300MW turbo-generator unit, by the load variation test, lubricating oil temperature and pressure variation test and so on and analyzing the vibration phenomenon and characteristics, it was concluded that the abnormal vibration of No.1 and No.2 bearing pad was caused by steam-excited vibration and dynamic balancing deterioration following the alteration of shafting center.The reasonable treatment project has been adopted, and prominent purpose has been achieved.
