摘 要:CATIA V5是目前飞机制造业中常用的软件,飞机整体壁板的加工首先需要对其展开外形建立三维模型,再进行数控铣削,最后弯曲成形。为了提高飞机壁板展开建模的准确性和效率,研究了应用CATIA V5软件对飞机整体壁板展开外形进行建模的基本方法,通过一个工程实例简单阐述了建立飞机壁板零件数字化模型的具体流程及操作步骤,总结了建模过程中常见问题的处理技巧。实践证明,应用这些方法与技巧对于提升飞机壁板展开件的建模效率、缩短设计加工周期,具有一定的现实意义。CATIA V5 is an often used software for aircraft industry today. The first step of the fabrication of integral panel is constructing the numerical model according to developing shape. The second step is NC milling and bend forming. In order to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of modeling for airplane integral panel, this paper study the general methods for the modeling of developing shape of airplane integral panel with CATIA software. Through a project example, it presents the step and the sequence of operation for constructing the digital modeling of the flat panel of plane wings. Also summarizes the technologies solving problems facing in the process. The practice proved that for improving modeling efficiency of the flat panel of plane wings and shorting design and manufacture cycle, it is of practical significance.
