摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴管病的特点、诊断及治疗。方法报道1例以颜面浮肿、睑裂缩小为特点的病例,予淋巴显像,进行文献复习。结果双侧颈部淋巴流通受阻,左侧为著,诊断淋巴管病。结论以严重眼睑浮肿为表现的局限性淋巴水肿鲜见报道,对于局限性水肿患者应考虑淋巴管病。Objective To explore the features, diagnosis and therapy of lymphatic disease. Methods A patient with facial edema, shrinking eyelid was reported. Lymphangiography was conducted and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results Bilateral neck lymphatic circulation blockage was found, but more severe on the left side. Lymphatic disease was diagnosed. Conclusions Cases with lymphedema presenting as severe eyelid edema are hardly seen in the literature. Lymphedema should be considered in patients with partial edema.
