摘　　要：国际行政法庭是裁判处理国际组织内部公务员案件的国际性法庭,与其他国际司法机构相比,其诉讼管辖实践颇有特色,具有"有限"、"自动"和"强制"三个方面的特点。International administrative tribunals are the＂courts＂to judge the staff cases of international organizations.Comparing with other international judicial organs,international administrative tribunals have their special practices in jurisdiction.Our study will focus on these practices and reveal that the jurisdiction of international tribunals is limited,automatic and mandatory.
