摘  要:数字化变电站中电子式互感器输出形式为IEC61850-9-1数字信号帧,数字电能表接收此数字信号帧,直接进行数学运算得出电能。而在传统的变电站中,电磁式互感器输出的是模拟电压电流信号,电能表将模拟量转化为数字量,计算出电能。电子式互感器和数字电能表原理及接口方式都发生了根本性的改变。这就给电子式互感器校验和数字电能表的校验提出了新的要求,传统校验设备根本无法对其进行校验。为解决这一难题,本文提出了一种数字电能计量系统校验方法,对电子式互感器与数字电能表组成的数字计量系统进行整体的误差校验,并在国内首次进行了现场误差校验,取得了满意结果。Currently in Digital Substation,the output of Electronic Transformer is digital signal frame basic on IEC61850-9-1,and the Digital Power Meter calculates the power directly according to the digital signal frame.But in traditional substation,the output of traditional Transformer is analog voltage and current signals,the traditional Power Meter convert these analog signals into digital signal and then calculate the power.So compared with the traditional Transformer and Power Meter,the principle and interface of Electronic Transformers and Digital Meter have made fundamental changes.This gives the calibration of Electronic Transformers and Digital Meter new demands,the traditional calibration equipment cant’ meet the requirements.To address this problem,this paper presents a fully digital power metering system calibration method,calibrate the fully error of digital power metering system which consisted of Electronic Transformer and Digital Meter.According to this method,we make on-site calibration firstly in our country and obtained satisfactory results.
