摘 要:介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的低压电器多功能参数监测系统。系统以工业控制计算机为核心,配置高精度传感器、信号调理电路和高速数据采集卡等组成硬件平台,采用先进的虚拟仪器技术——LabVIEW软件开发平台开发相关数据分析与处理软件,实现数据采集和处理,可对低压电器检验过程中相关的电量参数及温度、温升参数进行实时、准确的监测和分析。给出了各种电量参数的测量原理与计算方法,从系统总体方案设计和软件的实现进行了详细的介绍。实际应用表明,该系统具有使用方便、人机界面友好,监控效率高等优点,为低压电器检验过程中相关参数的监测提供一种新的思路。A multifunction parameter monitoring system for low voltage electrical apparatus based on virtual instrument technology was introduced.The hardware platform of the monitoring system was made up of industrial control computer,high precision sensors,signal conditioning circuits and high speed data acquisition card,where the industrial control computer was the core.The high precision data acquisition and processing was achieved by the related data analysis and processing software that was developed with the advanced virtual instrument technology ——— LabVIEW software development platform.The designed system was able to carry out a real-time,accurate monitoring and analysis for the power parameters,temperature and temperature rise during the testing of low voltage electrical apparatus.The measurement principle and calculation method of various power parameters were given.The overall system design and implementation of the software were discussed in detail.The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of easy to use,friendly interface,high monitoring efficiency,which can provide a new way of the relevant parameters monitoring during the testing of low voltage electrical apparatus.
