摘　　要：间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一类具有向多胚层分化、免疫调节、归巢、旁分泌等作用的多能干细胞。近年来,肺损伤动物实验研究表明,MSCs移植主要通过旁分泌各种生长因子和细胞因子等作用,不同程度地缓解肺损伤。早产儿慢性肺部疾病(CLD)目前尚无有效的治疗方法,深入研究MSCs对CLD的保护作用,可为早产儿CLD的治疗提供新的思路。Mesenchymal stem cells（ MSCs） are a kind of pluripotent stem cells,with multilineage differentiation,immunoregulation,homing,and paracrine capacities. Recently,researches about experimental lung injury show that MSCs transplantation could relieve lung injury in different degrees,mainly depending on paracrining a variety of growth factors and cytokines. Since there is no effective treatment for the chronic lung disease （ CLD） in the premature infants,studying deeply of the protective effect of mesenchymal stem cells on CLD may provide a new way of treatment.
