摘 要:目的观察肥胖与非肥胖男性2型糖尿病患者性激素水平的变化及其意义。方法将95例男性分为肥胖糖尿病组30例,非肥胖糖尿病组35例,健康对照组30例。检测各组血清睾酮、雌二醇,并测定空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果与对照组相比,两糖尿病组睾酮、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均下降,雌二醇、雌二醇/睾酮、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均升高;肥胖糖尿病组与非肥胖糖尿病组比较睾酮下降,体质量指数、雌二醇/睾酮、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均升高。相关分析显示,睾酮与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油相关;雌二醇与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白相关。结论性激素水平异常与男性2型糖尿病、肥胖、血脂异常等代谢紊乱的发生、发展相关。Objective To observe the endogenous sex hormone levels and significance of which in obese and non-obese men with type 2 diabetes. Methods 95 middle-and old-aged men were divided into 3 groups: obese diabetic group of 30 patients,35 cases of non-obese diabetes group,30 healthy controls. Fasting serum testosterone( T) ,estradiol( E2 ) ,fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) ,total cholesterol(TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,(LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured. Results Compared with the control group,the two diabetes groups had lower T,HDL-C and higher E2,E2 /T,FPG,HbA1c. Obese diabetic had lower T and higher BMI,E2 /T, TC,LDL-C than non-obese diabetic. Correlation analysis showed that T was related with HDL-C and TG、E2 has Relationship with FPG and HbA1c. Conclusion The occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes,obesity and abnormal lipid in men is related with abnormal sex hormone levels.
