益肝解毒颗粒对慢性HBV携带者HBV-DNA的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肝解毒颗粒对慢性HBV携带者血清HBV-DNA的临床疗效。方法:对已确诊的慢性HBV携带者100例随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组未予任何药物治疗,治疗组给予益肝解毒颗粒口服,每次20g,每日两次,疗程均为6个月。结果:治疗组12周HBV-DNA病毒学应答率为4%,24周病毒学应答率为20%,均明显高于对照组,统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:益肝解毒颗粒有降低慢性HBV携带者病毒载量的作用,安全性好。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Granule of Tonifying Liver to Expel Toxin on HBV-DNA in chronic HBV carrier.Method：100 cases with definite chronic HBV carrier were divided into two groups randomly.50 cases in treatment group were treated with Granule of Tonifying Liver to Expel Toxin taken orally,20g each time two times a day.And the other 50 ones were done with nothing.One course of treatment included 6 months.Result：HBV-DNA virology response rate was 4% in treatment group in the 12th week,and 20% in the 24th week.They were higher markedly than those in control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Granule of Tonifying Liver to Expel Toxin has good and reliable effect of decreasing virus load of chronic HBV carrier,and it is safe to take.
