摘　　要：介绍了HSM3-63塑料外壳式断路器在研发过程中应用现代仿真技术对主要零部件进行分析、计算与优化设计,并设计了小电流瞬动电磁铁结构、增大电动力斥开效果的触头系统和增强灭弧能力的灭弧室,产品具有体积小、节材降耗、短路分断能力高、瞬时动作整定电流小、可靠性高等特点。The mostly part was analyzed,calculated and optimized by modern simulation technology in the de-velopment process of HSM3-63 moulded case circuit breaker.A instantaneous magnets of low current,the contact system of increasing electrical power to exclusion,the arc interrupter of enhancing the capacity were designed inno-vatively.The product had merits of small volume,saving material,high breaking,low operated value of short cir-cuit and reliability.
