摘　　要：加强军工集团公司多级质量管理体系建设是提高集团公司整体质量管理水平的有效途径。文章从军工集团公司质量管理体系建设的现状和需求出发,提出了军工集团公司多级质量管理体系建设的内涵、原则、思路、模式和要求,以及集团公司质量管理体系工作系统建设的模式。To strengthen the construction of multi-level quality management systems is an effective way to enhance the whole level of quality management for military-industrial enterprise group. Starting from the status and requirement of construction of quality management systems for military-industrial enterprise group, this article presents the meaning, principles, scheme, mode and requirement of the construction of multi-level quality management systems for military-industrial enterprise group. This article also presents the construction mode of working system of quality management systems for military-industrial enterprise group.
