摘 要:在分析常用的超声波发射电路的基础上,设计了一种利用电感储能产生高功率脉冲的发射电路。该电路以场效应管为开关元件,不需提供直流高压电源,只需5 V单电源供电,安全性高。设计了隔离电路和电压跟随电路,降低了发射电路和其他电干扰信号对接收电路的影响。研究解决了LF257的自激振荡问题。设计了程控放大电路和滤波电路,实现了超声波信号的稳定接收。该发射接收电路简单实用,易于集成、精度高、噪声低。A novel ultrasonic transceiver circuit based on a stored energy inductance was presented after analyzing the common transmitting circuits.The transmitting circuit used the inductance to generate high voltage pulse with the help of field effect transistor,which was safe without DC high voltage and only supplied by 5 V single power source.The isolating circuit and voltage follower circuit were designed to reduce the electronic noise from the emitting circuit and other electrical disturbance signal to the receiving circuit.The LF257 self-excited oscillation was investigated and solved.The programmable amplification circuit and filter circuit were designed to achieve the stability of the ultrasonic signal receiving.This transceiver circuit is simple and practical,with easy integration,high precision and low noise.
