摘　　要：目的:总结乳腺囊性增生病的手术治疗经验。方法:分析182例经手术治疗的囊性增生病例的临床资料。结果:182例中痊愈173例,其中非典型增生病例80例,原位癌8例;复发9例。结论:乳腺囊性增生病较为常见,可以恶变,应该高度重视,不可长期保守治疗,应扩大手术治疗指征,手术治疗治愈率高。Objective： To summary the operative treatment experience for cystic hyperplasia of breast.Method： We analyzed the clinical data of 182 cases of breast cystic hyperplasia treated by surgery.Result： 175 patients recovered in 182 cases,of which 80 cases with atypical hyperplasia,8 of carcinoma in situ and 9 had a relapse.Conclusion： Cystic hyperplasia of breast is very common,and can be malignant,which we should pay great attention.Not long-term conservative treatment,but indications for operative treatment should be expanded.Operative treatment is of high cure rate.
