固定矫治器的口腔护理及其疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨固定矫治器矫治过程中的口腔护理方法及其效果。方法:选取200例固定矫治治疗的青少年患者。随机分成两组,对实验组患者和家长进行口腔卫生指导,并对小孩进行心理辅导和定期回访;对照组患者进行常规治疗。观察两组患者治疗6个月后牙面软垢指数,牙龈指数,牙面及托槽周围菌斑指数,进行统计分析比较。结果:4项指标值,对照组均呈现上升趋势,实验组无明显变化。.两组相比较,差异显著。结论:对青少年患者及家长进行口腔卫生护理指导,是维护正畸患者牙体牙周组织健康的一种行之有效的办法。Objective： To evaluate the effect of the oral professional prophylaxis to the children and their parents on the tooth and periodontal tissues of the children undergoing fixed appliance orthodontic therapy.Method： The samples including 200 children with fixed appliance were divided into two groups,each group containing 100 samples.The control group was not instructed the oral professional prophylaxis.The observing group was instructed the oral professional prophylaxis.The plaque and the gingival scores were recorded pre-and 6 months treatment.Result：The indices of DI,GI,PIT,PIB of the control group significantly increased than that of the observing group.The difference between two groups were significant.Conclusion：The oral professional prophylaxis to the children and their parents is an efficient way for the periodontal tissues health of the children with the fixed appliance.
