摘  要:以葡萄砧木‘贝达’和变叶葡萄试管苗为试验材料,对其在LED白光、红光、黄光、蓝光、绿光和蓝红光6种光质,16h·d-1、12h·d-1、8h·d-1、24h·d-14个光周期下叶片色素含量、气孔差异性、SOD活性和光合速率进行了研究.结果表明:2种试验材料在不同的LED光质和光周期下均表现出气孔频度越大,气孔长×宽越小,其中,变叶葡萄气孔频度在蓝光光周期为16h·d-1条件下最高,气孔长×宽最小,而‘贝达’试管苗气孔频度在蓝红光光周期为24h·d-1条件下最高,气孔长×宽最小.红光、蓝光和蓝红光有利于叶绿素的合成,但8h·d-1光周期叶绿素合成能力差.2种试管苗SOD活性均在蓝光下最高,红光下最低,其中,‘贝达’试管苗在8h·d-1光周期下最高,24h光周期条件下最低,变叶葡萄试管苗则在16h光周期条件下最高,12h光周期下最低.2种砧木试管苗均在LED蓝红光下光合速率最大,而在LED黄光和绿光下均为负值.Two grape rootstock plantlets(cvs.Beta and VitispiasezkiiMaxim)were used as material to study the effect of changes of light qualities(white,red,yellow,blue,green and blue+red)and photoperiods(16h·d^-1,12h·d^-1,8h·d^-1,24h·d^-1)on leaf pigment content,stomatal difference,SOD activity and photosynthetic rate.The results showed that a bigger stomatal frequencies had a smaller stomatal length×width under different light qualities and photoperiods.V.piasezkii had the maximum stomatal frequency and the minimum stomatal length×width under blue irradiation and 16h·d^-1.'Beta'had the maximum stomatal frequency and the minimum stomatal length×width under blue+red irradiation and 24h·d^-1.Red,blue and blue+red light showed benefit to chlorophyll synthesis,and 8h·d^-1 was inferior to synthesize chlorophyll.SOD activity of both plantlets were the highest under blue light and lowest under red light,and the highest of'Beta'and V.piasezkii was under 8h·d^-1,16h·d^-1 respectively,the lowest under 24h and 12h irradiation respectively.The photosynthetic rate of two plantlets were the maximum under the blue+red LED light,however that were negative under the yellow and green LED light.
