摘  要:以‘黑比诺’葡萄试管苗叶片诱导并继代1a的愈伤组织作为试验材料,接种后分别添加0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4mol·L-1的NaCl溶液,研究不同浓度NaCl对愈伤组织中白藜芦醇含量及细胞膜保护酶活性的影响.结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高,葡萄愈伤组织中白藜芦醇的含量逐渐升高,当NaCl浓度为0.3mol·L-1时白藜芦醇含量最高,达到80.76μg·g-1,此时SOD活性也达到最高,为53.7320U·g-1·min-1;较低浓度的NaCl有助于PPO与CAT活性的升高.偏相关分析结果表明,不同浓度NaCl处理下葡萄愈伤组织中白藜芦醇的含量均与CAT活性呈显著正相关,与SOD、PPO活性呈显著负相关;不同程度NaCl胁迫下,细胞膜保护酶间的相关性也出现相应变化.The callus,which was induced from the leaves of Vitis vinifera(cv.Pinot Noir)and subcultured for 1year,was used as material to study the effect of NaCl at different concentrations(0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4mol·L-1) on resveratrol(Res) content and protection enzyme activities.The results showed that Res content enhanced gradually as the salt concentration increased,the maximum content of 80.76 μg·g-1 was found when NaCl concentration at 0.3mol·L^-1;meanwhile SOD reached the highest activity of 53.7320U·g^-1·min^-1.A lower concentration of NaCl(0.1,0.2mol·L^-1) increased PPO and CAT activities.Partial correlation analysis showed that Res contents were significantly positive correlated with CAT activity;however,there was a negative correlation with SOD and PPO activities.The correlation among protective enzyme activities varied with the degree of salinity.
