摘 要:通过对1年生的26个美洲黑杨及其杂种无性系的叶片显微结构进行观测,研究叶片超微结构的差异与杨树抗螨能力之间的关系.结果表明:显示高度抗螨的无性系品种叶片表面粗糙,叶片瘦小,具有"叶脉外凸密集型"结构;高度感螨的无性系品种叶片表面平滑,叶肉肥厚,具有"叶脉内陷型"结构;具有一定抗螨能力的无性系品种叶片表面比较粗糙,叶肉比较干瘪,具有"叶脉外凸型"结构.试验表明,在优质美洲黑杨抗螨品种的选育过程中,可以参考叶片的超微结构作为抗性判断的一个标准.After observing the leaf microstructure of 26 annual Populus deltoids and their hybrid clones,it was found that the difference in ultramicroscopic structure of leaves affected the strain's capability of resisting Tetra lobulifera.The results showed that strains with high resistance were characterized as having thin and small leaves with coarse surface and convex leaf veins,whereas the strains highly infectable with Tetra lobulifera were found to have thick leaves with smooth surface and concave leaf veins.The research and related experiments were combined to prove that microstructure of leaf could be used as a criterion in selection of Populus deltoids with resistance to Tetra lobulifera.
