摘 要:针对全膜双垄沟播播种时撕膜及穴孔与膜孔错位等问题,设计了槽轮驱动垂直插入式穴播机,将槽轮机构的间歇运动和曲柄滑块机构的直线往复运动有机结合起来,成穴器垂直入土和出土,并在入土最低端强制开启,实现零速投种,种孔位置精确,解决了传统穴播机空穴率高及出苗率低的问题.通过建模仿真分析,该穴播机满足全膜双垄沟播玉米播种的农艺要求.In accordance with the problem that the all-fill double-furrow sowing machines tear film and the film hole point dialocation and so on when it is sowing,the slot-wheel driving and vertical plug-in hill seeder were designed.The machine makes the good combination of the geneva mechanism's intermittent movement and the slider-crank mechanism's linear reciprocating movement.The soil opener interred and unearthed vertically.The machine's cavitation device compulsory throw the seed openly in the lowest end,realized the zero speed throw sowing and the seed hole's location was accurate.The problem of high cavity rate and low emergence rate of traditional hill seeder was solved.Through modeling and simulation analysis,the design satisfied the all-fill double-furrow corn seed sowing machine's agricultural requirements.
