摘 要:通过激光熔覆在45#钢基体上获得了质量良好的单道和多道搭接的Ni60合金涂层。研究了搭接对激光熔覆Ni60合金涂层显微组织的影响。结果表明,单道熔覆涂层中M7C3型碳化物形貌为树枝状,尺寸较小;多道搭接涂层中M7C3型碳化物形貌为不规则的块状、针状、串珠状等,且尺寸粗大。Ni60 alloy single track and multi-track coatings have been successfully prepared on 45 # carbon steel by laser cladding. The influence of overlapping on the microstructure of laser cladding Ni60 alloy coatings also has been studied. The results show that the M7C3 type carbide has dendrite morphology and the size is fine in the single track coating. The morphology of the M7C3 type carbide has changed from dendrite into blocky, cluster and needle- like shape and the size becomes coarse in the multi-track coating.
